| The new Tom Ford directed and produced movie hasn't been theatrically released yet, but it's already been sold for $20,000,000. Nocturnal Animals is Tom Ford's second return to the silver screen. It's the film adaption of the 1993 novel Tony and Susan by Austin Wright. Tom Ford is known for his attention to details and that corresponding drive for perfection. He knows exactly what he wants and how he wants it to look, which is why he was in charge of every detail that went into Nocturnal Animals. |  |
The film follows two interwoven stories. Art gallery owner Susan (Amy Adams) sets up the story when her ex husband (Jake Gyllenhaal) returns to give her the manuscript he's written. It's a violent thriller that's inexplicably unsettling. The cast is lined with glittering entourage of gorgeous A-Listers Armie Hammer, Isla Fisher, Laura Linney, and Ellie Bamber who give the plot an enhanced reality.

November 18th is the date set for the film's release in the United States. It's going to be a cinematically gorgeous film that will be decisive in it's obvious good taste that will make it's thrilling action hard to digest, but easy to appreciate.
