She performed the song accapella in Barcelona after declaring that it was so hot it looked like her “vagina was sweating” through her leotard. “The Way I Are” is refreshingly straight forward, sing a-long pop circa Kesha 2010 without the autotune and with more hip-hop. It's thankfully not trying too hard. So much pop is trying to be serious, to be just a little off kilter, “The Way I Are” comes for the throat. |
Meant to be the lead off for her third EP All Your Fault: Pt. 2 the song is a bigger banger then previous collaboration with rap star Nicki Minaj on “No Broken Hearts”. Lil Wayne needs a chart hit for longevity sake and this could be it. He needs a hit and Bebe's solo material has been long over looked on pop radio.
