 Singer/Dance/Reality TV Star Erika Jayne is also known by her married name Erika Girardi | Erika Jayne has FINALLY dropped her much teased new single, “XXPEN$IVE”. The underground dance singer has gained mainstream exposure with her lead role as one of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She coos on the new track “looking this good don't come for free.” It's true. I see the Dior sunglasses in the video, the same designed by Rihanna (read here). The new track is bombastic, trashy pop. It's not breaking any new musical ground, but it's luxe none the less. She's been in the game for a decade and it shows. She handles the hooks like a pro, nails the highly choreographed moves, and has a slumber party with free falling money |
To everyone keeping track at home, Erika Jayne hasn't released an album since 2009 and it's difficult to say how many of the singles she's released since then will make the follow up. The electro banger “Party People (Ignite The World)”, the Flo Rida collaboration, “Get It Tonight”, the S&M themed “One Hot Pleasure” or the most recent era defining, “How Many Fucks?” Hopefully, all of them make the final cut, but “XXPEN$IVE” is bombastic all by itself.
