I did my civic duty. The first day of early voting, I got my ass out of bed, picked up my dry cleaning and went down to the little white church to place my vote in the great country of separation of church and state. This was my first chance to vote in an actual election. The line was 40 minutes long and as the blue haired mentioned “it never takes this long!” They also mentioned how “everyone had their phones out” and no one was “socializing”. Surprisingly enough I didn't want to know what the 6'2” cowboy with the gallon jug hat's opinion on abortion was. |
