The bag might be good for a night out on the town (especially if it's just the red carpet), but more importantly their an accessory. You can always add decorate your bigger purse, with it's mini cousin, or use it as a pop of color. Practicality isn't its purpose, but neither is the high heel. Options from Hermes, Chloe, Valentino, and Fendi show it's place within high fashion.
