The closest a black and white could ever be.” and before he turned the nation into a win based on white supremacy and hatred for the “other”, Lady Gaga made a somewhat subtle jab at his assertion. The final Clinton rally took place on November 8th and Lady Gaga made an appearance. Standing behind the podium emblazoned with “stronger together”, Gaga wore the black and red military jacket. The same one Michael Jackson wore to the White House in 1990, when George H. Bush was in power. |
Gaga asked the crowd to “fight for your future and the future of your children.” North Carolina ultimately did not heed her battle cry.

The jacket that Lady Gaga wore is just one of the 55 pieces of Jackson memorabilia she bought back in 2012. She talked about it during her segment on James Corden's “Carpool Karaoke”. Gaga rarely pulls from her extensive Michael Jackson collection, but 2016 was the time to do it if there ever was.
