A documentary filmmaker and a public relations specialist. Mad About You had crossover appeal with both Friends and Seinfield. Kramer appeared in the first season of Mad About You, Ursula predated Phoebe's (you may recall that Phoebe had a recurring evil twin sister named Ursula) rise to fame on Friends, and Jamie and Fran made their way over to Central Perk.
