I've finally finished all of White Collar.
USA's wildly successful police procedural starring Matt Bomer and Tim DeKay. The basic premise of the show revolved around Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer) pulling things over his FBI handler Agent Burke (Tim DeKay). Together they become one of the most successful teams in the white collar department bringing down a string high profile white collar criminals. Neal Caffrey is first and foremost a con artist. He has a list of admirable skills. Painting, ballroom dancing, the ability to crack a safe, and sex appeal. His work for the FBI is a contigency for him to serve the rest of his sentence in prison. He helps the FBI and he stays on a tracking anklet under the watchful care of Peter Burke. The man who initially arrested him. |
The back up cast is my personal favorite. June (Diahann Carroll) is great. She is Neal's wealthy land owning tenant. I wish there was more of her if we're being honest. Her deceased husband was in the mob. She was hardcore.
Mozzie aka Teddy Winters (Willie Garson) is Neal's right hand man. He's always there for Neal. He believes in conspiracy theories. Hates the suits. Neal is talented, but much like Batman, he would not be much without his Robin. Mozzie takes some getting used to, but he has a quirky other wordly charm. |
