I just wanted to take a moment out of this blog to celebrate Lindsay Lohan.

I'm so proud of her. You don't understand. This girl has been through so much in regards to addiction and the constant media scrutiny and I was sitting at home when I realized I haven't heard anything from Lindsay recently. She is getting her life together and I'm overwhelmed. I am genuinely so happy for her. Go Lindsay.

There needs to be more Lindsay Lohan love on the internet and that's what I'm here for. People kept trying to bring her down, but here she is stronger then yesterday.

It's no secret that she's sexy as hell. I've never seen her Playboy spread, but you know it's good. Any shoot that doesn't require a vaginal plug is one that I'm here for.

Lindsay Lohan is the childhood actress to my heart. What iconic Disney movie hasn't she been in, except for most of them? The remake of The Parent Trap. It's life, how did she not win an Oscar? She was in Herbie Fully Loaded, which sounds like an awesome mixtape.

Then, there was Life Size. Tyra Banks was there. Their making a sequel. What more do you need. It's a cult classic. Her and Jamie Lee Curtis switched bodies in Freaky Friday. After seeing her mother's vagina it's no wonder that Lindsay turned to drugs. I would as well.

Never forget the iconic Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen. It had a young Megan Fox. I saw it in theaters and no one was there. I watched it with the twins in St. Louis. It's an amazing movie. It was overshadowed by the iconic status of Mean Girls, but what wouldn't be? Tina Fey is in talks to turn it into a musical. @ Broadway. Please don't ruin it.

Lindsay has had some serious roles. She played Elizabeth Taylor on Lifetime. And, despite what anyone tells you I Know Who Killed Me is the best movie in existence.

She also had that singing career, which was really not that good. But, it was Lindsay Lohan. It was a little personal. It was a little raw. She never really had any hits, but she had that deep, throaty voice, that was sexy as hell. She had a spoken word part on a Duran Duran song recently. I need Lindsay Lohan to return to pop music.

I don't think Lindsay Lohan is over. I think she's far from it. She's young and she has vitality and there's nothing American's like more than a comeback. Take Britney Spears. She's still our goddess. American's have a fascination with tearing people down and having them build themselves back up.

This is also the first Snapshot Saturday, I've ever had on a natural born redhead, so right here right now you are reading history in the making. I've only been blogging for two years. It was bound to happen eventually.

Lindsay Lohan is the perfect person to initiate this blog with auburn hair. The most iconic redhead since Annie that the world has ever seen.

I realize that Lucien Laviscount's first name is not Luscious. But, it should be. Luscious Laviscount. That is a name worthy of this boy. I'm convinced he's the most beautiful boy in the world. I'm in love.

Now your probably saying to yourself: What does Luscious Laviscount do?

He looks sexy first of all. That is job number one. After that he takes his shirt off talks to us in that sexy British accent. The posh kind. This man is beautiful and he's only 23, so he's not too old for me. Clearly 2016 is the year he will find me and fall in love with me. Until then I will patiently be waiting by the phone.

How did I find out about him? Scream Queens of course. The best and worst show on Fox. He was one of the many sexy frat boys in the Dicky Dollar Scholars. Although, his only real competition was gay dead Boone played by Nick Jonas and that was only before he cut his curly locks.

Lucien Laviscount played Earl Grey. Everyone's drink of hot tea. He was gorgeous, stunning, muscled just enough as not to compete with Chad Radwell (played by Glen Powell). His love interest was Zaday Williams. Represented by the equally stunning Keke Palmer. They would have been such a great power couple if the Red Devil Killer hadn't stabbed him in the neck.

My dreams consist of Lucien Laviscount being sexy and hotter, sexy and hotter, sexy and hotter. I could eat all of my meals on his well defined pecs. He is my man crush Monday every Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, because love takes no time off.

He also had a singing career. Albeit not a very good one. I watched the music video. The highlight of it being his continual presence in it. I need no excuse to take time out of my day to spend it with Lucien Laviscount. The song was called “Dance With You”. As you can tell he had a very clear artistic vision for his singing career.

As I said, I watched the video, listened to the song. If this boy had an album I would let him croon for me in his limited vocal range. He sexy, but this song was not about to change the pop world.

Apparently he was also on Celebrity Big Brother. This is something the UK does and I'm so jealous. Why is America so far behind the times? Bring us the celebrities. Big Brother is such a guilty pleasure and it's messy as hell. This is the arena I want my celebrities in.

RuPaul's Drag Race host Michelle Visage was on it and my baby Lucien Laviscount was on a season. This show must be wild. He wasn't good enough to actually win it, but that's okay I can forgive him. Lord knows I would get kicked off episode one.

Also as someone who doesn't live in the UK I have no idea what the premise of Waterloo Road was, but he was also on that. If I ever move there, expect me to catch up on every season.

Hopefully, you have a new man crush. I need some converts. It's a cold lonely world loving him by myself.

There are seven hundred and eighty different languages in India. And, I couldn't begin to determine the origin of Mindy Kaling's last name. Fun fact about comedienne Mindy Kaling is that she uses her middle name (Mindy) instead of her first name Vera and that the reason for the change in her last name was that people were unable to pronounce it.

I subscribe to Uzo Aduba's mentality. If we can pronounce Tchaikovsky, we can take the time and effort to pronounce anything. Your name is so important. To not be willing to put in the effort to say someone's name correctly is offensive. I imagine Mindy gave substitute teachers a lot of trouble with her name.

Your probably saying to yourself. Where do I know this Mindy Kaling from? Who is this beautiful goddess who is assaulting my eyeballs. She was one of the many stars of The Office. Not the British one, but the American one.

I never really got into this show. I've never been a huge fan of Ricky Gervais or his style of comedy. Although, he certainly has his moments. Steve Carell also doesn't do it for me. I feel like I'm attacking a national treasure. The short point I'm attempting to make is that I didn't watch The Office. However, my fave Mindy Kaling was in it and I think that's really exciting.

She was also in 40 Year Old Virgin. She seems to have a thing for Steve Carell projects. Most importantly, though she voiced a character in the best animated movie of the summer, Inside Out. She plays Disgust and it's amazing. I don't think children connect to Inside Out, the way adults do. I was sitting there crying and these five year olds were like what the fuck? It's so emotional if you've truly experienced life.

The true jewel in Mindy Kaling's crown is her hit sitcom The Mindy Project. What originally spurred me to write about Mindy was Fox's cancellation of The Mindy Project. I found out about this during exam week at my school. I was expected to study, while knowing my favorite show was canceled. Although, to be fair I was never home to actually watch it when it was on.

I've actually written a Friday Favorites on this TV show. I'm obsessed with it. Not just because Mindy is me, but because it's straight up solid humor. I just enjoy it as quality entertainment. It's a sitcom with some substance. I am about that life.

Now, The Mindy Project was canceled. However, Hulu has picked it up for a fourth season. This shows to me that Mindy Kaling is a shrewd business woman that she was on top of this cancellation and that she found a way to continue her show. It reminds me of when Cougar Town was cancelled and picked up by TBS. What else could explain it's continued presence on TV besides good a solid business head of the one people behind it?

Mindy Kaling simply by existing is a pioneer on American television. She is one of the few (and only one I can name) American-Indian women on television. I love Mindy Kaling for her undeniable sense of humor and personality. She's an American treasure. I know she's only 36, but I think it's safe to say that.

Everyone loves some Vera Mindy Chokalingam in their life. Am I right?

Vanessa Williams is just one of my favorite people in general. Before I was a fan I just thought she was one of the most beautiful women I'd ever seen. She's in her fifties now and it's still snatched. I feel like she's one of those very sophisticated charming women that knows her Louboutins and her politics.

I am not the only one who thinks Vanessa Williams is just one of the most beautiful women ever. She did win the Miss America Pageant. Back when people actually watched the Miss America Pageant. I remember when it was on NBC or one of those major channels. And, now is it even on cable? No one cares about it.

Vanessa Williams was surrounded by controversy when she won the Miss America Pageant. She was the first black woman to win the title and in true American spirit she received hate mail and death threats. This was 1984 and it was the 57th time this pageant had happened. It was honestly fucking time.

The true scandal was the fact that she resigned her title. Vanessa Williams had posed nude for a photo shoot before she won. These photographs were offered around to Playboy and eventually Penthouse who printed them after she won. Honestly, Playboy does some upright things. These photographs were a major scandal and it no doubt would have sold copies, but Hugh Hefner refused to purchase them. Playboy is a smutty magazine, but occasionally it's on the up and up. How you doing Hugh Hefner?

Now, I've seen the photos and I think 'scandal' is a little much. What did we all think was under that evening gown? Now they weren't exactly tasteful nudes. Now, I wasn't conscious in 1984, but I think forcing Vanessa Williams to resign her title was extreme. Because, we all know she was pressured to give it up. Now believe me. Scandal or no scandal. I am holding on to my crown.

Vanessa Williams made the correct transition after this happened. She can sing, act, and dance. So, she did it all. She released a string of successful albums, much like Samantha Fox did. If you don't know Samantha Fox was a page 3 girl. Not the kind of girl you bring home to mother and during the eighties she played off this image with a string of hits like “Touch Me (I Want Your Body)” and “Naughty Girls (Need Love Too)”

Now Vanessa did it in a far more classy, soul, R&B vibe. At heart she's a sophisticated woman. She had multiple hits “Dreamin”, “Save The Best For Last”, “Love Is” and yes she is voice behind “Color of the Wind” in the Pocahontas movie.

The only album I have by her is Sweetest Days. I actually have two copies (shout out to the Mayor and Miss Sara Bellum for getting me an extra one for Christmas) and nineties R&B is just not my thing. Now I do jam sometimes. I keep one copy in my car at all times, because sometimes you got to turn up to some good R&B.

Her acting is on point as well. You know her from Ugly Betty and the last few seasons of Desperate Housewives.

I just feel like Vanessa Williams is blessed. She could have crawled into a hole after what happened to her with Miss America and been a footnote. She was in her early twenties at this point. This was devastating, but she made the decision to come out and be on top. I feel very much the same way about Paris Hilton. She had her sex tape leaked and she said fuck the haters. I'm going to do me and get paid to party. Vanessa Williams did the same thing, albeit in a more classy way. I have so much respect for her and she deserves all of it.
